A deposit equal to one night's stay may be requested to guarantee your reservation. 3 days notice of cancellation is required for a refund minus £25 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs within 3 days days of arrival, the deposit will not be returned. We are able to take secure credit and debit card deposits using PayPal. Please use the 'Deposit for' button to pay your deposit securely. |

Normally we expect your arrival between 16.30 and 18.30 but are very flexible. Let us know if you will be arriving after 18.30 or need to come earlier, for instance to change for a wedding. We ask you to vacate your room by around 10.30. Some days this is a rule sometimes its very relaxed. |
