When your stay includes any part of a weekend, a two night minimum is usually required. We do not normally accept advance bookings for one night stays at weekends, but you are welcome to check with us in case we have a single night vacancy. Stays during Bank Holidays weekends, Christmas, New Year & Easter are charged at Friday/Saturday rates. To make a booking, in the first place please contact us to check room availability. We will confirm a provisional booking by email, which you will need to confirm and then secure with a deposit. A deposit equal to one night's stay, is required to guarantee a reservation. Fourteen day notice of cancellation is required for refund minus £25 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival, the deposit will not be returned. We are able to take secure credit and debit card deposits using PayPal. Please use the 'Buy Now' button to pay your deposit securely. The balance should be settled during your stay by cheque (with guarantee card) or cash. Normally we ask that you arrive between 16.30 and 18.30. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 18.30 or need to come earlier, for instance to change for a wedding. We ask that you vacate your room by 10.30 on the day of your departure. Arundel Holt Court is non smoking throughout although you are welcome to puff away in the garden provided you bring your butts in!
